Oct 18, 2016 – Picture: 6 Homeless Boys Arrested At CMS Bariga Lagos For Stealing, Destroying Light Up Cable Wire, Street Lamps & Poles
RRS operatives yesterday arrested a 6-man gang who specializes in stealing light up project cable wire, street lamps and light poles recently installed by Ambode to light up Lagos state.
The suspects identified as 28-year-old Oyedele Taofeek, 29-year-old Alaba Tunde, 32-year-old Abodunrin Jelili, 27-year-old Ismail Saheed, 27-year-old Obasanmi Sunday and 26-year-old Afolorunso Deji were caught around 2:30am while destroying the streetlights powering CMS under bridge and its environs.
All the suspects owned up to the crime at RRS headquarters during interrogation and noted that they are among the homeless taunts living under the bridge since 2012.
