Two of the 7 people injured in the multiple vehicle collision that happened on the popular Third Mainland bridge in Lagos today have died.
In the early hours of today, Sunday the 11th of September 2016, a speeding bus driver lost control and crashed into incoming vehicles at the Oworonshoki axis of the bridge.
Within minutes of the collision, blood was seen everywhere.
One of the eyewitnesses, Nyem Micheal told us this afternoon that two of the people who sustained serious head injuries in the crash died in the hospital around 3pm today.
He said others are still receiving treatment.
